It has been a busy few months, with kicking off the AHJA Show season and traveling to IEA Zones in Tryon, NC.

We had 1 rider qualify for IEA Zones, representing our Rocket City Equestrian IEA Team this year! Zoey held her own and had a great first experience at IEA Zones. She earned 8th place out of a tough group and came home ready to continue advancing her skills. Congratulations on a successful year, Zoey! What a fun trip to Tryon!

Congratulations to all of the riders on a fantastic start to the 2026 show season. From the walk trot division to Short Stirrup, to Children's Pony, we had a rider representing RPF in them! Most of the classes had 15+ riders, meaning it was tough competition all weekend! Chance showed High Cotton and Quincey, earning tricolors on both of his mounts. Here is to the rest of the season working on each rider's goals!

What a cold Saturday it was in Rainsville, AL! The Rocket City Equestrian Team had 4 riders qualify for IEA Regionals. All 4 riders did a tremendous job, all placing in their classes! Zoey will be moving on to Zone Finals in March with a win in her class. This team has put in the work to understand how IEA works, but also, really show up for their team members. Way to go RCET!

We celebrated the AHJA 2025 show season in our own Rocket City! Each show season comes with challenges and successes. It is always so rewarding to honor each rider and their equine partner at the banquet. Congratulations to each one of you!
